Nature of Services
Aiden Risk Technologies Inc. ("Aiden") is an independent commercial insurance producer. We do not underwrite policies. We represent multiple insurance carriers and place coverage on behalf of our commercial clients based on appetite, coverage fit, and pricing. No employee or AI agent of Aiden has binding authority outside the scope explicitly delegated by an appointed carrier.
Compensation
Aiden is compensated primarily through commissions paid by insurance carriers when coverage is placed. We may also receive contingent or profit-sharing compensation based on the overall profitability or volume of business placed with a carrier. In limited cases, Aiden may charge a disclosed advisory or policy fee. Complete compensation disclosures are provided to each client in writing prior to binding, as required by applicable state law.
AI-Assisted Service & Recorded Communications
Aiden uses artificial intelligence to support quoting, servicing, and client communications across voice, SMS, email, and chat. Where AI communicates on our behalf, it does so under the supervision of a licensed producer. Communications may be recorded for quality, compliance, and regulatory purposes. Verbal consent is captured and preserved for any transaction that requires binding authorization. Clients may request a human producer at any time.
Coverage Confirmation
No coverage is bound, altered, or terminated based on a quote, proposal, voicemail, email, or chat message. Coverage is effective only upon written confirmation from the applicable insurance carrier and payment of required premium. If you need to report a claim, place a policy in force, or confirm the status of existing coverage, contact us directly.
Privacy & Data Handling
Information you share with Aiden — including non-public personal and business information — is used solely to quote, bind, and service your insurance coverage, and is shared only with carriers, wholesalers, and service providers necessary to perform that work. Our full privacy practices are published in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.
Complaints & State Filings
